Generic FLASH memory bean

The Generic FLASH memory bean provides encapsulation of wide range of current FLASH memories. Based on the existing models of FLASH programming, new FLASH memories can be handled by the bean after a record defining the new FLASH memory properties is added to a configuration file.

Features:

Supports autodetection of FLASH memory type
Variable databus width: (1 x 8bit, 2 x 8bit, 4 x 8bit, 1 x 16bit, 2 x 16bit)
Supports AMD standard, AMD extended, Intel standard, Intel extended and Atmel types of FLASH commands
Supports FLASH programming operations even in the case when the code is run from the programmed FLASH
Supports data protection
